It looks like you have the program on your desktop and not in a folder. You will need to create a folder on your C drive called Real Time Markets.
Click Start
Click Programs
Click on Windows Explorer
On the top left hand you will see File click on that

then choose New
then click on Folder.
type Real Time Markets and press enter
You can now move the program to it.

Still in Windows Explorer, scroll up to your Desktop and locate RTM.exe
Right mouse click on it
select Cut
Now still in Windows Explorer, scroll down to
C:\Real Time Markets
Double click on the yellow folder
Up on the header click Edit then click Paste
Now you can delete all the unwanted icons on your desktop, including the RTM.exe
